Check your software version in "System Information" within the "Settings" section of Spectrum Control Software and within “About…” of the “Help” section in GeneMarker®HID Software for Spectrum CE Systems. HIDAuto software version typically is the same as the GMHID-Spectrum version and should be installed together.
