In-App Data Analyses Offer Effortless Insights

MyGlo runs with the ProNect™ Data Platform. Together, they provide a cloud-connected workflow that integrates instrument, assay and data analysis.

Avoid tedious, error-prone manual data analysis and get the insights you need quickly in various formats. For example, when you carry out CellTiter-Glo® Assays with your MyGlo™ Reagent Reader, these data visualizations are automatically generated:

• Cell viability percentage
• Dose response viability curve
• Isolate single compound
• Dose response inhibition curves

One Time Setup

Create a ProNect™ Data Platform account, install the MyGlo™ setup software on your computer to connect your MyGlo to Wi-Fi and you are ready to go. No waiting for vendor installation, calibration or training.

Compact Footprint

MyGlo is a personal device, the first of its kind for biology laboratories. Its compact footprint—no bigger than a pipette tip box—means you can keep your MyGlo™ Reagent Reader on your bench. No need to share and schedule time on a group instrument.

Analyze Results from Anywhere

The MyGlo™ Reagent Reader's cloud-based user interface gives you the freedom to design experiments, view finished analyses and monitor assay progress from any desktop computer with an internet connection.

Your Go-To Assays Are Now Even Easier

MyGlo™ Reagent Reader and its apps are tailored specifically for select Promega assays and protocols.

CellTiter-Glo® App

The first app available for use with MyGlo™ Reagent Reader is our CellTiter-Glo® App, which is compatible with all gold-standard CellTiter-Glo® Cell Viability Assay versions.

CellTiter-Glo® Assays

CellTiter-Glo® Assays determine the number of viable cells in culture using bioluminescent technology to quantitate the amount of ATP, an indicator of metabolically active cells.

30k-citations
  • Cited in over 30,000 publications over 20+ years
  • Simple, 10-minute, add-mix-measure protocol
  • Sensitive down to 10 cells per well

MyGlo isn’t just for measuring cell viability.

More assays and apps are on their way. Your MyGlo™ Reagent Reader will be automatically compatible with new apps—no additional purchase required.

Performance Data

Luminescence (RLU) performance data generated using the MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.
Signal/Background performance data generated using the MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.

Jurkat cells were seeded in all-white 96-well plates from 10 cells/well to 100,000 cells/well (n=8 replicates). Cell viability was determined by adding an equal volume of CellTiter-Glo® or CellTiter-Glo® 2.0 Reagent to all wells, and the signal was read on a MyGlo™ Reagent Reader. These charts were generated using GraphPad Prism® Software.

Example Results

Dose response viability curve for Jurkat cells treated with Anti-Fas (human, activating) clone CH11 for 24 hours. Signal was read on a MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.
Dose response inhibition curve for Jurkat cells treated with Anti-Fas (human, activating) clone CH11 for 24 hours. Signal was read on a MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.
Dose response viability curves for Jurkat cells treated with Bortezomib or Palbociclib for 24 hours. Signal was read on a MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.
Dose response inhibition viability curves for Jurkat cells treated with Bortezomib or Palbociclib for 24 hours. Signal was read on a MyGlo™ Reagent Reader.

Jurkat cells were seeded in all-white 96-well plates at 10,000 cells/well and treated with Bortezomib, Palbociclib or Anti-Fas (human, activating) clone CH11 for 24 hours. Data were fit using four parameter logistic curves. Data were generated using the MyGlo™ Reagent Reader with the ProNect™ Data Platform.
