The Lumit® Immunoassay Cellular System is a no-wash bioluminescent immunoassay that measures target analytes directly in cell lysates. The assay can be adapted to detect any phosphoprotein, total protein or small molecule of interest, provided that appropriate primary antibodies are available.
Lumit® Immunoassay Cellular Systems include sets of phospho-specific antibodies for several important signaling nodes—pERK, pAKT, pSTAT3, pJNK, pIκBα, pBTK, p-p65 and p-RB. Complete kits are also available for Total STAT3 and Total IκBα proteins. These are available as early access materials. All the antibody formulations have been optimized for use with the Lumit® Immunoassay Cellular Systems, making them essentially add-and-read assays.
