Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Vivazine® Substrate/Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor

The Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Vivazine® Substrate/Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor is designed for use with NanoBRET® Target Engagement (TE) Assays, which measure compound binding at select target proteins in intact cells in real time. The NanoBRET® TE Assay uses four key components: an expressed cellular target protein that is fused to the bright NanoLuc® luciferase; a cell-permeable fluorescent tracer that specifically binds to the target protein; a substrate for NanoLuc® luciferase; and a cell-impermeable inhibitor for NanoLuc® luciferase.

The Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Vivazine® Substrate/Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor is designed for NanoBRET® TE measurements in cells lasting longer than 2 hours. The Nano-Glo® Vivazine® Substrate is an extended-lifetime NanoLuc® substrate designed to provide a bright luminescent signal for end-point measurements or real-time kinetic experiments. The Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor is a cell-impermeable molecule designed to quench NanoLuc® signal derived from the extracellular environment or compromised cells.
