The Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Substrate/Inhibitor is used for Intracellular NanoBRET™ Target Engagement (TE) assays. The Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Substrate/Inhibitor contains two components: the NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo®  substrate and the Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor. The NanoBRET™ Nano-Glo® Substrate is the substrate used by NanoLuc® Luciferase to generate the donor signal in several NanoBRET™ Assays. The Extracellular NanoLuc® Inhibitor is used to suppress any NanoLuc® signal outside cells. The inhibitor thereby ensures that the NanoBRET™ measurements originate from inside intact cells.

The Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Substrate/Inhibitor is available separately to supplement the following systems:

In addition, the Intracellular TE Nano-Glo® Substrate/Inhibitor is used with Intracellular NanoBRET™ Target Engagement Tracers that are made using NanoBRET™ Dyes (which can be obtained from our Custom Assay Services). For additional information, please enquire.
