Single Dose Inhibition

This Smart Protocol automatically analyzes the data generated from single dose inhibition using the Kinase Selectivity Profiling System.

Kinase Selectivity Profiling Systems are formatted to allow access to eight kinases in one experiment. each kinase/substrate strip pair can be used to generate single-dose inhibitor selectivity profiles for up to ten compounds when using the setup described in the Technical Manual TM#421.
