Automated PCR Setup for Cell Line Authentication Using Eppendorf epMotion® and Promega GenePrint® Systems

Abstract

This Application Note describes a cell line authentication workflow for GenePrint® 24 and GenePrint® 10 Systems with automated PCR setup on the Eppendorf epMotion® 5075 Liquid Handling Workstation and amplification using the Eppendorf Mastercycler® pro S and Mastercycler® nexus SX1 thermal cyclers. The steps to confirm authentication are then described.
