The Lumit® HMGB1 (Human/Mouse) Immunoassay is a homogeneous bioluminescent assay for detecting High Mobility Group Box 1 (HMGB1) protein released from cells. The assay can be used without the need for sample transfers or wash steps. Lumit® reagents can be dispensed directly into plate wells containing cells and culture medium. The immunoassay detects both human and mouse HMGB1.
