The Maxwell® RSC miRNA Tissue Kit is used with the Maxwell® RSC Instrument (Cat.# AS4500) and the Maxwell® RSC 48 Instrument (Cat.# AS8500) to purify total RNA, including microRNA (miRNA), from tissue samples. The simple RNA purification method involves minimal sample handling before automated purification. The Maxwell® RSC Instrument can process up to 16 samples, and the Maxwell® RSC 48 Instrument can process up to 48 samples in about 70 minutes. The low elution volume results in concentrated high-quality RNA suitable for use in downstream applications such as quantitative RT-PCR (qRT-PCR).
Summary of Changes
