Before use, follow instructions on the bottle label: add 300ml of Isopropanol and mix well.
Note: Be careful not to confuse this reagent with Buffer A (BWA), 125ml (Cat.# A6371) that is designed for use with the Maxwell® HT DNA FFPE Isolation System (Cat.# A6372).
