Warranty Options

The Standard Warranty (included in the system price) covers all parts, labor and travel to the customer site. We will repair the instrument and return it to factory specifications. The Warranty includes one Preventive Maintenance service at the end of the Warranty year, which will be performed on-site in the customer lab*.

If you need faster response time during the one-year Warranty period, a Premier Warranty Upgrade is available in certain regions. The Premier Warranty Upgrade includes all parts, labor and on-site service visits by a factory-trained service technician within 3 business days (where available). Additionally, it includes one annual on-site Preventive Maintenance visit by a service technician.

Service Agreement Options

Service agreements protect your instrument for the long term.

Once the initial one-year Warranty has expired, there are several options for continuing service coverage. After the warranty period is over, you can continue the same comprehensive service and support from Promega with a Service Agreement. A Service Agreement covers all parts and labor for any repairs, as well as one Preventive Maintenance visit*.

The Standard Service Agreement provides on-site service within 5 days and the Premier Service Agreement provides on-site service within 3 days (where available).

Preventive Maintenance

To keep the system operating at peak performance an annual preventive maintenance visit is provided as part of Spectrum Warranty and Service Agreements (also available separately as Cat.# SA1480). During this, our qualified service personnel test the instrument, check parts for wear and replace them as needed.

Additional Offerings

Promega also offers on-site training for your laboratory personnel. We can send a trained applications specialist to your facility to train new employees, or as part of your lab’s certification or installation procedures. Contact us and we can work together to customize a training program for your lab.
