The CCNL2 Expression Vector contains the coding region of the human CCNL2 regulatory protein. The expression vectors are designed for use with kinase-NanoLuc® Fusion Vectors that contain the coding region of a kinase-NanoLuc® (or NanoLuc®-kinase) fusion protein. The expression vector and kinase-NanoLuc® fusion vector are cotransfected into cells prior to analysis using the appropriate NanoBRET™ Target Engagement Intracellular Kinase Assay. These regulatory protein expression vectors are supplied transfection-ready, with a CMV promoter that drives expression of the full-length regulatory protein.
