Abstract

The Maxwell® RSC Blood DNA and simplyRNA Blood Kits provide a simple method for purifying DNA or RNA from whole blood. Here, we compare the performance of the Maxwell® RSC blood DNA and RNA purification methods with extraction methods using the QIAamp® DNA and RNA Blood Mini Kits on the QIAcube® instrument.
