FuGENE® 6 Transfection Reagent is a nonliposomal reagent that transfects DNA into a wide variety of cell lines with high efficiency and low toxicity. The protocol does not require removal of serum or culture medium and does not require washing or changing of medium after introducing the reagent/DNA complex.
Summary of Changes
The following changes were made to the 8/25 revision of this document:
1. Updated the cover and fonts.
2. Made minor miscellaneous text edits, including updating storage conditions and two urls to point to the Transfection Assistant and another url pointing to a complete Luminometer listing.
3. Removed discontinued vectors and luminometers from Section 7, Related Products.
