Lysis Buffer A, Food, is a component of the Wizard® Magnetic DNA Purification System for Food. The system is intended for isolating genomic DNA from a variety of food samples including: corn seeds, corn meal, soy beans, soy flour, soy milk, corn oil, soybean oil, canola oil, etc. The DNA extracted from the food samples is suitable for use in polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing for Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) DNA sequences.
