Differex™ Separation Solution is used to separate sperm cells from epithelial cell DNA as a part of the Differex™ System (Cat.# DC6700 and DC6701) for differential extraction. Prior to separation, a digestion combination of Differex™ Digestion Buffer (Cat.# A8501) and Proteinase K can be used to selectively lyse epithelial cells and release epithelial cell DNA, while leaving the sperm cells intact.
