More Confidence in Every Peak
DNA was purified from blood spotted on leather using Maxwell® FSC DNA IQ™ Casework kit. Eluted DNA was quantitated using PowerQuant® System and 1ng of template DNA was amplified using the Prototype Paradyme™ 27GY STR System for 29 cycles using a ProFlex thermal cycler. Amplification products were separated on the Spectrum CE System and analyzed using GeneMarker® HID Software for Spectrum CE Systems.
Promega has developed an innovative polymerase designed to improve clarity in STR DNA analysis by significantly reducing stutter. This advancement supports more accurate interpretation of forensic DNA samples and enhances confidence in results.
