Developing More Efficient Biologics Workflows with Automated Plasmid Preps and Protein/Antibody Purification

Topics covered include:

  • Capabilities to fully automate plasmid mini and midi preps
  • Screening-scale antibody purification, allowing more efficient use of resources
  • Streamlining the drug development workflow

Summary

Developing therapeutic proteins can be a labor-intensive process, with multiple cloning and screening steps required for identification and testing of potential therapeutic molecules. Learn how Promega reagents for plasmid and protein purification have been developed and installed on laboratory liquid handlers. Promega solutions include the capability to fully automate plasmid mini and midi preps, as well as screening-scale antibody purification, allowing more efficient use of resources and streamlining the drug development workflow.
