Joliene is a Technical Services Scientist II at Promega Corporation based in Madison, WI. She received a B.S. in Molecular Biology from Montana State University and a Ph.D. in Entomology from University of Wisconsin-Madison. As a graduate student, Joliene worked to elucidate the molecular mode of action of the insect juvenile hormone using fruit flies as a model organism. The Technical Services Scientist role provides her the opportunity to utilize her 10+ years of laboratory experience in molecular and biochemistry techniques to advance the scientific endeavors of customers. She specializes in the Promega product areas of Biologics and Mass Spectrometry. She says “The best thing about my job is learning about all the interesting projects that scientists are investigating; there is always something new and exciting and I get to help them succeed in their goals.”

Natascha is a Technical Services Scientist II at Promega Corporation based in Madison, WI. She received her B.S. in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. During her graduate work and later as a lab scientist, Natascha focused her work on elucidating how mRNAs are regulated via their 3’UTRs. She used fungi, worms, fruit flies, and mice as model organisms. Her broad experience in many molecular techniques is very useful in supporting customers as a Technical Services Scientist. She specializes in the Promega product areas of Biologics and Detection Instruments. She especially enjoys interacting with customers coming from many different scientific backgrounds, from high school students to veteran PIs to senior researchers in private industry.

Trevor Wagner is a Product Specialist at Promega and responsible for the amplification technology product portfolio that includes such things as PCR, real-time PCR products, reverse transcription, and cell-line authentication products.  He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with bachelor degrees in Genetics and Bacteriology and received a Ph.D. from the Genetics department at Michigan State University.  Trevor has years of experiencing developing, supporting, and applying a variety of genomics technologies for life science and molecular clinical diagnostics.
