The experiments in this White Paper address the performance of the Applied Biosystems® QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR System used in conjunction with the PowerQuant® System for the quantification of forensic samples. The experiments are based on requirements listed in the FBI Quality Assurance Standards for Forensic DNA Testing Laboratories and guidelines outlined by the Scientific Working Group on DNA Analysis Methods.
