GloMax-Multi Microplate Fluorometer Method for Fluorescein Measurement
Abstract
Fluorescein is a commonly used fluorophore in many research applications such as microscopy, forensics, and serology to detect latent blood stains, immunoreagent, and hybridization probe labeling, as well as reference standards for instrument calibration. The GloMax®-Multi Microplate Fluorometer can detect as little as 2.5pM of fluorescein, with a linear dynamic range close to six decades.
