Abstract

The Maxwell® RSC miRNA Tissue Kit provides a simple method for purifying total RNA, including miRNA, from tissue samples. Here we present results illustrating performance of the Maxwell® Instrument and Maxwell® RSC miRNA Tissue Kit for extraction of miRNA from plant leaf samples using corn, soybean and arabidopsis as examples.
