The poly-ADP-ribose polymerase (PARP) family of proteins regulate numerous cellular processes, including DNA repair and transcription. Development of small-molecule inhibitors for PARPs are of therapeutic interest. The NanoBRET™ TE PARP Assay can be used to study >10 PARP family members, specifically those circled in Panel A. The NanoBRET™ TE PARP Assay allows you to get started quickly studying target engagement with your compounds in live cells because a protocol with recommended assay conditions and data is provided for each PARP. A panel of compounds was profiled against PARP1 and PARP5A using this assay, and representative data is shown in Panels B and C.
