How to Order from Promega AG
You can order our products by mail, telephone, fax, or e-mail.

To avoid duplication of an order, please ensure that any written confirmation of a telephone, fax , or e-mail order is clearly marked "CONFIRMATION".
We need the following information to process your order:
- shipping address
- billing address
- customer number
- purchase order number
- telephone number
- catalogue number, size, quantity and name of each product ordered
- please use our quotation number if applicable
Prices / Terms
Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs, excl. VAT. We try to keep our prices stable throughout the year, but we reserve the right to change without notice. A shipping and handling charge of CHF45.00 will be added to each order. Payment terms are net 30 days.

Returns
A return authorisation is required. Please do not return any product without first contacting Promega AG for a return authorisation. Due to the temperature requirements of our products it is our policy not to resell returned goods as we are not assured of the quality.
Product Use Limitations
Unless specified otherwise all Promega products are sold for research and/or in vitro use only. Promega products having known toxicity are shipped with a Material Safety Data Sheet which describes, to our knowledge, the potential dangers in handling. The absence of a toxicity warning does not, however, preclude a possible health hazard. Due care should be exercised with all Promega products to prevent direct human contact and ingestion.
Warranty
Certificate of Analysis stating the conditions and results of product performance tests conducted in Promega's quality assurance laboratory are arvailable on request (044 878 90 20, ch_techserv@promega.com). These results are warranted to meet or exceed the published specifications when used under normal conditions in your laboratory. Should any Promega product fail to perform as stated, for any reason other than misuse, our policy is to promptly replace the product and any applicable delivery charges. Our obligation and your sole remedy is limited to such replacement of the product or full credit of the original purchase price in the event that the product proves to be defective. No other warranties are expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Promeg AG nor Promega Corporation is liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Helix™ Program
For laboratories desiring the added convenience of on-site, 24 hour availability of Promega products, a stocked freezer can be centrally placed in your laboratory or institution. Consumed products are replenished on a regular basis to assure a constant supply. Please contact us for details or visit our Helix Program page

Die per FAX, Telefon oder E-mail aufgegebenen und schriftlich bestätigten Bestellungen müssen mit dem Vermerk "BESTELLUNGSBESTÄTIGUNG" versehen sein, um eine doppelte Lieferung zu vermeiden.
Vergessen Sie bitte folgende Angaben nicht:
- Ihre Lieferadresse
- Ihre Rechnungsadresse
- Ihre Kunden-Nr.
- Ihre interne Bestell-Nr.
- Ihre Telefon-Nr.
- Die Katalog-Nr., die Grösse, die Menge und den Namen jedes bestellten Produktes
- Die Offertennummer (falls Bestellung aufgrund einer Offerte erfolgt)
Preis und Bezahlung
Unsere Preise sind unverbindlich und verstehen sich in Schweizer Franken exkl. MWST. Wir bemühen uns, die Preise im Laufe des Jahres stabil zu halten, können jedoch eventuelle Anpassungen nicht ausschliessen. Für Porto und Verpackung verrechnen wir Ihnen einen Versandkostenanteil von CHF 45.00 pro Bestellung. Die Bezahlung hat innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware rein netto zu erfolgen.

Rücksendungen
Rücksendungen dürfen nur mit unserem vorherigen Einverständnis erfolgen. Bitte retournieren Sie uns keine Ware ohne unsere ausdrückliche Zusage. Wegen der Temperaturempfindlichkeit unserer Produkte können wir das Risiko eines Wiederverkaufes retournierter Ware nicht eingehen.
Einschränkungen zur Produktanwendung
Falls nicht anders vermerkt, sind alle angebotenen Promega Produkte nur zu Forschungszwecken und/oder für die in vitro Anwendung bestimmt. Promega Produkte mit bekannter Toxizität werden mit einem Material Data Safety Sheet versandt. Dieses beschreibt die uns bekannten potentiellen Gefahren der Handhabung. Das Fehlen einer Toxizitätswarnung schliesst aber ein mögliches Gesundheitsrisiko nicht aus. Vorsicht ist in jedem Falle geboten, um direkten Hautkontakt oder eine Einnahme zu verhindern.
Garantien
Analysenzertifikate können bei Promega AG angefordert werden (044 878 90 20, ch_techserv@promega.com). Diese beschreiben die Bedingungen und Resultate der bei Promega durchgeführten Qualitätskontrolltests. Die Resultate müssen die publizierten Spezifikationen unter normalen Laborbedingungen erreichen oder übertreffen. Sollte ein Promega Produkt trotz rigoroser Qualitätskontrolle aus irgend einem Grunde (Ausnahme: inkorrekte Anwendung) die angegebenen Spezifikationen nicht erfüllen, ersetzen wir es Ihnen sofort kostenlos, oder wir schreiben Ihnen den entsprechenden Geldbetrag gut. In jedem Falle beschränken sich unsere Verpflichtungen auf einen Ersatz des Produktes oder eine entsprechende Gutschrift. Es gibt keine weiteren ausdrücklichen oder impliziten Garantien. Da wir über die Zweckbestimmung von Promega Produkten beim Käufer nicht informiert sind können wir auch keine Gewähr übernehmen. Sowohl Promega AG als auch Promega Corporation müssen jegliche Verantwortung oder Haftung für eventuell beim Einsatz von Promega Produkten entstandene Schäden strikte ablehnen.

Si vous régularisez votre commande téléphonique par écrit, votre bon de commande devra obligatoirement porter la mention "CONFIRMATION", faute de quoi vous serez facturé deux fois.

Prix et Paiement
Nos prix sont donnés en francs suisses, hors TVA. Nous nous efforçons de les maintenir constants tout au long de l'année. Toutefois, nous ne pouvons pas exclure quelques éventuelles modifications. Nous vous facturons une participation aux frais de port et d'emballage de CHF 45.00 par commande. Nos factures sont payables sans escompte, dans les trente jours suivant la livraison.

Promega AG garantit que les produits livrés sont conformes aux spécifications figurant sur les fiches techniques les accompagnant. Promega Ag s'engage à remplacer le produit gratuitement, s'il n'est pas conforme à ces spécifications.
Il n'y a pas de garantie explicite ou implicite quant à l'adéquation de nos produits à un but particulier. Tout conseil ou recommandation, donné par nos services ou nos délégués, l'est à titre indicatif et ne saurait engager en aucune façon, la responsabilité de notre société.
Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour le cas où les produits auraient été mal utilisés ou lorsque les dommages sont dûs à une manipulation ou à un stockage non aproprié.
