The Riboprobe® Systems are designed for in vitro preparation of high specific activity single-stranded RNA probes or microgram quantities of defined RNA transcripts from cloned DNA inserts. The complete Riboprobe® Systems include the RNA polymerases, all of the required reagents for performing transcription reactions in vitro (excluding radioisotope) and RQ1 RNase-Free DNase (Cat.# M6101) for removal of the template following transcription.
