The HaloLink™ Resin allows covalent and oriented surface immobilization of HaloTag™ fusion proteins. HaloLink™ Resin consists of Sepharose® beads with a HaloTag™-specific ligand on the surface. The resin shows high binding capacity and very low nonspecific binding. Furthermore, the binding affinity of HaloTag™ protein for HaloLink™ Resin is very high.
