The FuGENE® HD Optimization Analysis Worksheet is an Excel spreadsheet providing simple analysis of data resulting from a transfection optimization experiment. Input data from a reporter gene assay and cell viability assay, and the Worksheet will calculate averages and standard deviations of replicates and provide a graph to help determine optimal transfection conditions for the system being tested.
