Quantify Respiratory Syncytial Virus, Influenza and SARS-CoV-2 in Wastewater
Detect RSV, Flu and SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA in wastewater with high efficiency and sensitivity using the GoTaq® Enviro Wastewater RSV, Flu, SC2 System. The master mix allows sensitive measurement even in the presence of inhibitors common in wastewater samples, such as humic acid.
The kits contain four targets multiplexed into a single reaction. This includes primer/probe sets targeting RSV, Flu and SARS-CoV-2. The fourth target, Pepper Mild Mottle Virus (PMMoV) acts as an internal process control and amplification control.
