The Maxwell® HT Rapid ccfDNA Kit delivers robust and efficient purification of circulating cell-free DNA (ccfDNA) from up to 4ml of plasma per sample, enabling high-throughput workflows on automated platforms. Designed for research labs processing large sample sets, this kit provides high yields of low-gDNA ccfDNA ideal for sensitive downstream applications including digital PCR, NGS and qPCR.

The Maxwell® HT Rapid ccfDNA Kit includes bulk reagents and a simplified, no-pretreatment protocol for straightforward automation. From load to elution, the system enables researchers to move from raw plasma to high-quality ccfDNA with rapid protocols. Pending instrument configuration, liquid handlers can process up to 96 four-milliliter (4ml) samples in less than 2 hours, and Kingfisher™ instruments can process 24 four-milliliter (4ml) samples in about 30–35 minutes.
