  2. Sensitive to CpG methylation.
  3. SgfI is inactivated by freezing at –70°C.
  4. Ends generated by SgfI can be directly ligated to ends generated by PvuI. The PvuI site is regenerated in the ligation product, but the SgfI site is not.

Incubation Conditions: Buffer C. 37°C.
