To facilitate analysis of data generated with PowerPlex® Systems, we created panel files for use with GeneMarker®HID Software and GeneMarker®HID Software for Spectrum CE Systems, panels, bins and stutter text files for use with GeneMapper® ID-X software, and panels and bins text files for use with GeneMapper® ID software. For instructions on importing the files, please review the Data Analysis section of the appropriate PowerPlex® System Technical Manual.
