Oligonucleotides and Primers: cDNA Synthesis and Cloning

Oligo(dT)₁₅ Primer is suitable for the use of a primer for first-strand cDNA synthesis with a reverse transcriptase. The primer hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA.
