Improve live-cell assays with ViaScript™ LgBiT mRNA Delivery System

Ready-to-Use CRISPR Knock-In Reporter Cell Lines

HiBiT CRISPR knock-in cell lines bring the advantages of endogenous tagging directly to your bench. Each line is engineered with a tiny HiBiT tag integrated at the genomic locus of your target, allowing you to study protein abundance, localization, and activity in live cells — without artifacts from overexpression or variability from antibodies.

Our growing catalog includes HiBiT-, NanoLuc®, and HaloTag® knock-in pools and clones across a wide range of popular drug targets. Both N- and C-terminal fusions are available, and cell backgrounds are selected to match common workhorse lines or the biology most relevant to your research. Whether you need to measure receptor trafficking, signaling pathways, or targeted protein degradation, our validated models give you a fast, reliable starting point.

Cell Line Pools and Clones

We offer a large selection of pre-built CRISPR knock-in cell lines, ready to ship in 1-3 weeks. The tags used in these cell lines include HiBiTNanoLuc®, and HiBiT-HaloTag® tandem tags. Cell backgrounds including LgBiT allow for live cell kinetic analysis of the HiBiT-tagged protein. Alternatively, LgBiT can be expressed using the ViaScript® LgBiT mRNA Delivery System to create live-cell assays.

Our licenses give our clients pass-through rights. Clients need not obtain CRISPR licenses on their own to use our pools and cell lines.
