Anti-proliferative and cytotoxic effects are both dose- and time-dependent. Conventional endpoint measurements do not reveal the kinetic nature of test article action unless used in time point studies, which can be onerous. 

We have developed non-lytic, real-time assay reagents that can be multiplexed together to more accurately identify the points in time when anti-proliferative or cytotoxic changes occur. Combining real-time assays with instrumentation capable of supporting cell growth over days allows for the systematic look at anti-proliferative and cytotoxic effects of compounds out to 72 hours.
