Abstract

The AttoPhos® System provides a fluorescence-based method for the rapid and sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase in solution. This article discusses general principles of fluorescence-based enzyme-linked assays and highlights the characteristics of the AttoPhos® System that contribute to its sensitivity and utility.
