Monitoring Cell Lysis Using HiBiT-Tagged Protein

This short slide presentation demonstrates how to use HiBiT tagged protein to monitor cell lysis, and includes data showing how the method can be used to monitor target cell death in a mixed cell population.

Protocol Overview:

  1. Express HiBiT fusion in target cell type of interest.
  2. Induce cell death.
  3. Add detection reagent containing furimazine and cell-impermeable LgBiT.
  4. Incubate 10 minutes.
  5. Measure luminescence.
