Promega Italia invites you to the Seminar “New frontiers in Energy Metabolism analysis" presented by dr. Silvia Perego and hosted in Padova.

Our focus will be cellular energy metabolism, an increasingly common topic that is significantly influencing the study of various diseases and cellular mechanisms.
We know that the quantification of the metabolites can represent a difficult challenge in terms of:

  • sample preparation
  • sensitivity of the quantification systems
  • ease of execution and reproducibility.

During the talk dr. Perego will present a new bioluminescent technology for the rapid, reproducible and ultrasensitive quantification of intracellular metabolites.
Simple and versatile methods that can be use on cell model as well as "ex-vivo" on tissues and serum of patients and animal models.

At the conclusion of the seminar, dr. Perego will be at disposal of the participants to answer questions on research projects in progress or future.
