The cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase (PKA) Peptide Inhibitor (also known as PKI), TTYADFIASGRTGRRNAIHD, inhibits phosphorylation of target proteins by binding to the protein-substrate site of the catalytic subunit of PKA. It corresponds to the region 5–24 of the naturally occurring protein kinase A inhibitor.
