Circulating cell-free DNA yields are equivalent to those from the QIAmp® Kit. DNA was purified from 1ml of plasma using the Maxwell® RSC ccfDNA Plasma Kit and the Qiagen QIAmp® Circulating Nucleic Acid Kit. Isolated ccfDNA was eluted in 80µl and yield was quantified by qPCR.
