Validating Cell-Based Assays for use with 3D Culture Models

There is an unmet need for guidelines for design and verification of assays effective for larger 3D microtissues. Critical factors to consider include effective penetration of detection reagents and complete lysis of cells. We will present results from improving protocols for measuring cell viability and various cell health markers in 3D cultures. Join us for this InSphero hosted webinar in collaboration with Promega during their Summer School webinar series.
