Follow these steps once you have downloaded and printed the cards:

Remove the validation sticker (bar code
label) from each Promega Product Information (PPI) insert
or from the product label attached to the kit box. |

Apply the validation sticker to your collection
card (each white sticker represents 1 point, other sticker
colors represent 5 points) |

Select the item(s) you wish to redeem and
mark them on the Collection Card. |

Complete all items on the Collection Card
and mail it, along with your validation stickers, to the following address for redemption:
