How do I get my $1000 certificate?
You may obtain your $1000 through either Promega or an authorized US distributor, not both. Promega will only honor one redemption.
Directly Through Promega:
- Send your first single order to Promega with qualifying standard catalog items. The amount can exceed
$1000 but we will only match $1000 of that order.
- Fill out the New Lab Set-Up Form (.pdf 27kb)
- FAX this completed form and valid proof of purchase (e.g., order acknowledgement, packing slip or invoice)

Through Authorized US Distributor:
- Contact authorized US distributor of your choice
for instruction on how to use their program.
- You must use the authorized distributor's form, Promega’s form is not valid through either authorized US distributor.
Promega will send you a certificate stating the dollar amount (up to $1000) of your coupon. Please allow 1-2 weeks to
process the certificate. The coupon is good for 30 days from issue.
How do I use my certificate?
Redeem your certificate in a single order directly through the Promega Sales Department. All redeemed products must be at
current list price.
The certificate can only be redeemed directly through the Promega Sales Department and cannot be redeemed through any US distributor.
