Your contact information, including mailing address to send you your pass
A site-code is used to identify a unit or group of units at an institution. You will need this to sign up for a pass.
Use our site-locator tool to learn where your units are and the site-codes associated with those units.
How to register for a pass on-line:
Go to promega.com and select "Login" from the upper right corner.
On the left side of the screen under the Login fields click on "New customer? Register here".
Complete the form with your information. You must have your site-code to receive a pass, this can be obtained using the site-locator tool or from your Promega
Representative. You may also need the "Promega Partnership Program" (PPP) code (not all freezers have a PPP code). If you need a PPP code it will be provided with your site-code. Click "Save".
Enter your preferred billing method, shipping address and valid purchase order or credit card information and click "Save".
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes from USExpress@promega.com, Keep this email. Your pass will arrive in 1-2 days. To activate your pass reply to the email message.
