Transfection Assistant is an interactive tool to help you find the most
appropriate combination of cell line and Promega reagent for a successful transfection. These
conditions are intended as guidelines only. Transfection conditions must be optimized for
individual experiments. For information on optimizing transfection conditions, please see
the our Transfection Guide.
After launching the tool, select cell line, transfected cell state (stable or
transient) and transfection reagent from the menu choices.
When you launch the Transfection Assistant it
will open in a new window 800 pixels wide. When finished with the tool,
please close the window and continue from this page.
