GloMax® Detection System Software

 
The GloMax Luminometer Software is provided with GloMax® Luminometers purchased from Promega. You can download the latest software here by following the instructions and choosing the proper software below.

Download Instructions

Two copies of the software are provided; one is in .zip format and the other one is in .exe format. The .zip format may be more compatible with your organization's internet security filters.

Download either of these files to your computer. If you choose the .zip copy, you must un-zip it before proceeding (if you do not have the Winzip utility program, you can download it from www.winzip.com).

1. Download latest GloMax 20/20 Luminometer Software (version 1.10) (.zip) or (.exe)

Un-install any previous versions of this software.

  1. Click on "Start," "Settings," "Control Panel."
  2. Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
  3. Select "Spreadsheet Interface Software" on the list and click the "Add/Remove" button.
  4. Click "OK" to exit.

Double-click "setup.exe" to begin the installation.

Allow the installation wizard to launch the program immediately after the wizard tool completes the installation.

Dialog boxes will guide you through the process. When the "Spreadsheet Interface Software" icon appears on your desktop, it is ready to use.

2. Download latest GloMax 96 Microplate Luminometer Software (version 1.9.2) (.zip) or (.exe)

Un-install any previous versions of this software.

  1. Click on "Start," "Settings," "Control Panel."
  2. Double-click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
  3. Select "Spreadsheet Interface Software" on the list and click the "Add/Remove" button.
  4. Click "OK" to exit.

Double-click "setup_exe.exe" to begin the installation.

Allow the installation wizard to launch the program immediately after the wizard tool completes the installation.

Dialog boxes will guide you through the process. When the "Spreadsheet Interface Software" icon appears on your desktop, it is ready to use.

3. Download latest GloMax Multi Detection System Software (version 1.2.0) (.zip) or (.exe)

  1. Copy the executable file (*.exe) provided to the root of the USB stick and insert into USB drive on instrument.
  2. Press the Ok button when asked to update software.

4. Download latest GloMax Multi+ Detection System Software (version 2.1.0) (.zip) or (.exe)

  1. Copy the executable file (*.exe) provided to the root of the USB stick and insert into USB drive on instrument.
  2. Press the Ok button when asked to update software.
