Anti-ACTIVE® Caspase-3 pAb (Cat.# G7481) is intended for use as a marker of
apoptosis; it specifically stains apoptotic cells without staining non-apoptotic cells.
Includes sufficient antibody to perform 25 immunocytochemical stainings (100μl
of a 1:250 dilution of the antibody per staining).
Immunogen: Peptide derived from the p17 fragment of caspase-3 having sequence
homology in human, mouse, rat and hamster.
Antibody Form: Affinity-purified rabbit IgG; supplied in Dulbecco's PBS.
Specificity: Specifically recognizes the cleaved active form of caspase-3 in
human and mouse.
