Plexor® Systems: Data Analysis

Data Analysis Overview

Data generated using the Plexor® qPCR and qRT-PCR Systems on any supported real-time instrument can be analyzed with one dedicated software program, the Plexor® Analysis Software. This software can compare the decreasing fluorescent signal of a Plexor® System reaction to a standard curve to calculate the cycle threshold and concentration of unknown samples. The software also generates a thermal melt curve to calculate the melt temperature (Tm) of the amplified product and reveal the amplification of any undesired products. The Plexor® Analysis Software includes five report options, which allow you to save or print sample details (e.g., sample ID, dye label, cycle threshold, Tm and concentration, if applicable, and whether the sample has the expected Tm), threshold values, baseline regions and run information.

Download the Plexor® Analysis Software.
(You will be required to register to access and download the software on the secure Plexor® Primer Design Web site.)

The Plexor Systems are compatible with a variety of real-time PCR instruments. Technical manuals are available describing how to use the Plexor Systems on each  supported instrument. These manuals also contain comprehensive information on data analysis. Use the links below to navigate to the instruction manual for use of the Plexor System  on your chosen instrument.
