Abstract for Cell ID™ System Technical Manual
The Cell ID™ System contains all reagents required to successfully
identify and authenticate human cell lines and detect cell line contaminants
in a research laboratory. The Cell ID™
System allows co-amplification and three-color detection of nine
human loci, including D21S11, TH01, TPOX, vWA, Amelogenin, CSF1PO,
D16S539, D7S820, D13S317 and D5S818. The Cell ID™ System offers the
convenience of room-temperature reaction assembly by including a
hot-start Taq DNA polymerase system, which is included in a 5X
enzyme mix. This allows a simple, one-step addition of Taq DNA
polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and reaction buffer necessary for DNA
amplification. |
