Abstract for GloResponse™ NFAT-RE-luc2P HEK293 Cell Line
The GloResponse™ NFAT-RE-luc2P HEK293 Cell Line is a clonal
derivative of Human Embryonic Kidney 293 (HEK293) cells that contain
a luciferase gene (luc2P) under the control of a minimal TATA
promoter with multiple Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cell response
elements (NFAT-REs). NFAT-REs are the DNA binding sequences for the
NFAT family of transcription factors, which are responsible for
regulating a variety of biological functions including cell
proliferation, cytokine production, and cardiovascular development.
The GloResponse™ NFAT-RE-luc2P HEK293 Cell Line is designed for
rapid and convenient analysis of any cellular response that results
in modulation of NFAT activities.
