Abstract for Wizard® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System
The Wizard® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System provides a
high-throughput, 96 well format for fast and simple preparation of intact
genomic DNA from different sample types including mouse tail clippings, animal
tissue and tissue culture cells. The technique provides the ability for
automation on liquid handling workstations. Purification of genomic DNA from 96
samples is achieved without centrifugation or precipitation. The procedure takes
less than one hour using the supplied Binding Plates to purify genomic DNA from
lysates. The genomic DNA isolated is of high quality and serves as an excellent
template for agarose gel analysis, restriction enzyme digestion and PCR
analysis.
